SHIPPING POLICY
We use Australia Post to send your items and offer standard shipping. A tracking number will be given on all order get. Depending on where you are located Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and remote locations.
RETURN POLICY
At Inspired Lane, we take great care in making and packing our products. Because our items are handmade, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice
- Normal wear and tear
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email us at info@inspiredlane.com.au
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Postage
Return postage costs will be covered by Inspired Lane only if the item is damaged or faulty.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item if needed.
Refunds
Refunds will be offered at Inspired Lane's discretion
